Your Mission
As a Key Account Manager – New Channels, you will develop a new strategic growth driver.
Your objective: to structure and accelerate sales through B2B and partnership channels; to develop new sales channels.
You will work directly with the Belgium Business Unit Manager and benefit from significant autonomy.
Your Responsibilities
B2B Development (Corporate gifting)
* Active prospecting of large companies (Notably banks, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, industry, multinationals, institutions)
* Development of a client portfolio
* Implementation of tailored offers
Horeca Development
* Opening new accounts (Notably hotels, restaurant groups, coffee roasters, distributors)
* Deployment of the brand in the field
Partnerships & New Channels
* Identification and development of strategic collaborations
Key Account Management & Development
* Monitoring, negotiation, and development of turnover
* Customer loyalty and building lasting partnerships
People Management
* Supervision of a team of merchandisers (Notably, scheduling, mission tracking, evaluations, etc.)
* Contribution to organizational structuring
Candidate Profile
* 5 to 10 years of minimum experience in B2B, Horeca or FMCG
* Proven experience in key account management
* Trilingual: French / Dutch / English
* Hunter mentality, focused on business development and new market conquest
* Strong results and business orientation
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Autonomous, structured and solutions-oriented
* Comfortable with high-level stakeholders
* Ability to build strong and lasting partnerships
