We are looking for a MES Engineer to re-enforce our team at Siemens to develop Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions. You will work in a diverse team of automation, MES engineers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Oversight: Lead the development and implementation of project concepts.
2. Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to relevant standards, rules, and regulations.
3. Project Support: Advise Project Managers during technical discussions.
4. Knowledge Development: Actively gather and apply information and expertise for project-specific needs.
5. Learning and Sharing: Embrace opportunities to learn from others and share insights.
6. Solution Preparation: Create tailored solution concepts and engineering templates for the pharmaceutical industry.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify and evaluate opportunities for project enhancements.
Qualifications
8. You have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Industrial IT Engineering (or any other technical field).
9. Ideally, you have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience with Opcenter Execution Pharma, capable of executing complex tasks independently.
10. You have a strong understanding of Opcenter Execution Pharma and awareness of industry trends and emerging products.
11. Ability to explain technical functions of components clearly and comprehensively.
12. In-depth knowledge of backend/middleware development using .NET languages (C++, C#, VB.NET) and proficient in Oracle Databases.
13. Capable of independently architecting new software.
14. Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
15. In-depth knowledge of the S88 standard and capability to perform complex tasks related to it independently.
16. You speak English, Dutch and/or French fluently.
17. You are willing to travel occasionally.
