Project Description – IT Manager / IT Administrator
The project focuses on the management, support, and continuous improvement of end-user IT infrastructure and collaboration services within a hybrid working environment. The objective is to ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT services that enable employees to work seamlessly both remotely and on-site.
The role involves end-user device lifecycle management, including the installation, configuration, updating, and troubleshooting of laptops and related hardware. The project also includes support and monitoring of meeting room technologies, particularly video conferencing systems, ensuring reliable operation and effective user support.
A key component of the project is the administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint environment structure and lifecycle management, storage governance, and collaboration best practices. The position is responsible for Microsoft Teams administration, covering meetings, live events, and Teams Calling features such as Automatic Calling Plans, Auto Attendants, Call Queues, and number management.
The project further encompasses:
Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance, and endpoint security
Incient and ticket management, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs
CMDB and IT asset management to maintain accurate configuration data
Creation and maintenance of IT documentation, procedures, and user guides
Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors for system updates, repairs, and improvements.
A strong emphasis on service quality, reliability, and continuous improvement
Overall, the assignment supports a modern digital workplace by delivering reliable IT operations and high-quality user experience across collaboration and endpoint services.
