About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our commercial growth in Belgium, driving the rollout of EV charging infrastructure across the real estate sector. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on building strategic partnerships with property developers, landlords, facility managers, and investors to deliver large-scale charging solutions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use portfolios.
As the local market lead, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy, managing high-value accounts, and expanding our footprint across the Belgian real estate landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Market Development: Drive sales strategy for EV charging rollout in Belgium, with a primary focus on real estate providers and property portfolios.
* Business Growth: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with developers, landlords, real estate investment trusts (REITs), housing associations, and facility management companies.
* Sales Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing sales team as the business scales.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the commercial point of contact for key clients, liaising with technical, legal, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
* Partnership Management: Establish long-term relationships with distribution and installation partners.
* Revenue Ownership: Deliver against sales targets and KPIs, driving predictable growth across multiple property sectors.
* Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, regulatory updates, and EV infrastructure trends to inform strategy.
* Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine the customer offering and value proposition.
1. Experience & Skills Required
* Proven track record in B2B sales leadership, ideally within EV charging, renewable energy, or adjacent hardware/software sectors.
* Strong network and market knowledge within real estate, property development, or facilities management.
* Experience structuring and negotiating complex contracts with multi-stakeholder clients.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver growth and manage enterprise-level sales cycles.
* Fluent in French and Dutch, with strong business English.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and build local market presence.
* Prior experience scaling sales teams and mentoring high performers is highly desirable.
