One of our global clients is looking for an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer for a 12-month freelance contract (Extendable) Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions with a strong focus on user access management and governance Design and implement Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) user lifecycle workflows Build and customize IIQ workflows, rules, connectors, and provisioning logic Configure and manage user access requests, approval processes, certifications, and access reviews Implement and maintain RBAC models, business roles, IT roles, entitlements, and access policies Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and directory services Develop and optimize Beanshell, Java, and JavaScript code within the IIQ framework Troubleshoot user access issues, resolve provisioning failures, and ensure platform stability Collaborate with security, IAM, engineering, and architecture teams to strengthen access governance and compliance Requirements 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Strong background as a SailPoint Developer with deep experience in IIQ (IdentityNow experience is a plus) Solid understanding of IAM concepts: user access management, RBAC, access governance, identity lifecycle management Proven experience implementing access certifications, access request workflows, and provisioning integrations Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments What’s Offered 12-month freelance contract, highly extendable Long-term project (up to 3 years) Opportunity to work on global, enterprise-level IAM and user access governance solutions Competitive daily rate based on experience
