About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Analyst to join our HR IT team. In this role, you will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors (moduls Employee Central and Talent Acquisition). You will work closely with HR, IT, and external partners to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of our global HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the configuration and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent Acquisition modules.
* Support data management, system updates, and troubleshooting activities.
* Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
* Participate in testing, documentation, and training activities.
* Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and compliance.
* Provide first-level support to end users and escalate issues as needed.
* Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Initial experience in HR systems, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.
* Understanding of HR processes and data structures.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Nice to Have:
* SAP SuccessFactors certification (Employee Central or related modules).
* Experience with ticketing systems and documentation tools.
