Mission
* You act as the key account manager, developing and maintaining trusted relationships with strategic clients.
* You oversee major client projects, ensuring cost plans, estimates, and quality deliverables meet expectations.
* You lead the preparation of quantity take-offs (QTO) for Cost Plans and Bills of Quantities (BoQs).
* You develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC plans for cost management processes.
* You manage and mentor a large team, fostering top performance and professional growth.
* You coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different time zones and support sales and marketing activities.
* You ensure technical proficiency in Cost X, databooks, MEP packages, and moderate knowledge of MEPF works.
Profile
* You have a minimum of 15 years' experience in cost management, ideally in consultancy, and large-scale construction projects such as data centers or life sciences.
* You have at least 4 years' experience using Cost X or equivalent software (Planswift, Cubicost, Candy, ZW CAD).
* You are confident in leading teams, managing projects, and developing long-term client relationships.
* You hold a degree or equivalent experience in cost management or construction and are chartered or on the path to chartership.
* You are an excellent communicator, organized, dynamic, and able to manage multiple priorities while building strong relationships with teams and clients.
