Your responsibilities and tasks
* You are part of our HR Operations team, who is the first point of contact for our employees for questions on all HR-related topics as well as system support.
* You take care of our employees' HR related concerns via ticket system, chat and calls and, if necessary, forward them to the responsible department.
* You advise on HR processes and ensure that the HR policies are adhered to.
* In addition to GEA employees and managers, your stakeholders are also your colleagues from HR Operations and the local HR Business Partners.
* You adequately maintain employee data in our HRM systems (Workday, Service Now and SAP).
* With great care you also create various documents, such as certificates, job references or congratulatory letters.
* Together with your team, you will ensure standardized processes - we live and breathe best practice sharing and are looking for people who are keen to continuously optimize these processes.
Your profile and qualifications
* You completed business studies with a focus on human resources and/or have hands-on experience and training in the field of human resources.
* In your way of working, you are solution-oriented, you are able to organize yourself well, you like to support team-internal questions and you love the challenge to solve difficult cases and practice knowledge sharing.
* Communication and customer orientation are your top skills.
* You feel at home in an administrative environment and because you are PC-savvy, you can quickly familiarize yourself with our systems or ideally have experience in Workday, Service Now as well as the common MS Office tools.
* We expect you to be fluent in written and spoken French & Spanish; in addition, you should be fluent in English so that you feel at home in the international GEA environment.
