Your new role As an HR Officer, you are the central point of contact for all HR, organizational and office‑related matters. You work closely with both the Managing Director and the Finance Director.You will ensure smooth, accurate and professional support across HR administration, recruitment, systems, compliance and office management.Your responsibilities include:HR Operations & Administration Oversee and maintain all HR systems, including the EMEA HRIS, payroll administration (SD Worx) and absence tracking tools. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and compliance of all employee records. Develop, maintain and update HR company policies and internal procedures (e.g. car policy, benefits, GDPR). Support overall group HR initiatives and requirements. HR Projects & Compliance Drive continuous improvement and optimization of HR systems and processes (e.g. HRIS–payroll integrations, implementation of recruitment modules). Coordinate initiatives related to the Mobility Budget, diversity & inclusion practices such as audits, and follow‑up on employee engagement actions. Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle Manage the full recruitment cycle: drafting job descriptions, active talent search, screening and interviewing candidates. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a professional and consistent employee experience. Organize and follow up on training programs and learning activities. Office & Management Support Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Director and management team. Coordinate business travel arrangements, meetings and company or team events. Oversee IT equipment allocation and manage general office administration. Your profile Proven experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within an international organization. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is considered an asset. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is essential. Solid knowledge of Belgian employment law and local HR regulations. Ability to work independently, set priorities and maintain oversight in a deadline‑driven environment. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with a confident and assertive approach. Proactive, discreet, reliable, and accurate way of working. Comfort within a dynamic, hands‑on environment where you can navigate autonomously and make quick impact.
