* Lead and manage commercial negotiations (RFI/RFQ, pricing, capacity, and contractual changes) in line with strategic objectives
* Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with internal stakeholders
* Coordinate customer requirements internally and ensure timely, accurate responses across departments
* Monitor customer KPIs, track performance, and drive cross-functional action plans to address gaps or opportunities
* Prepare and manage sales forecasts and budgets, including short- and long-term business planning
* Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within an industrial (higly technical) or automotive environment is a must
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with a customer-oriented mindset
* Excellent analytical and numerical capabilities, with attention to detail and data-driven decision making
* Ability to work cross-functionally in an international and multicultural environment
* Master's degree in business or related field, with fluency in English and strong command of MS Office tools
