Responsibilities
As a Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator, you play a key role within the operations team. You are responsible for coordinating international logistics flows, managing customer orders, and ensuringinventory accuracy while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. You will work closelywith cross-functional teams (Sales, Quality, R&D, Clinical, R&D, Finance, HR, and Marketing) to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will report to the Logistics & Customer Service Manager.
* Coordinate international shipments and transportation activities, ensuring timely delivery.
* Ensure correct application and understanding of Incoterms and compliance with regulations.
* Prepare and manage transport and shipping documentation, including ATA carnets, Certificates of Origin, and product-specific documents.
* Monitor shipments and follow up on transport issues, including insurance claims for damages, losses, or delays.
* Manage stock movements (incoming and outgoing goods), perform monthly reconciliation, and carry out inventory checks.
* Maintain accurate product traceability records in EQMS and ERP systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Oversee customer orders across all markets, from order receipt to final delivery, including complaints and invoicing processes.
* Manage product licenses through the company’s LMS portal and coordinate with customers and sales teams.
* Support internal teams and external partners with operational requests and administrative tasks.
* Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.
Profile
* You have a Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
* You have at least 5 years of experience in international logistics or supply chain operations.
* You have a solid understanding of international shipping processes and Incoterms.
* You are experienced with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
* You demonstrate strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* You are fluent in French and English (German or other languages are a plus).
