To strengthen its sales team in Brussels and target markets of EU Institutions, International Organizations, and NATO, we are seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager.
Job Description
* As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will develop and execute a sales plan to meet growth, revenue, and margin targets while owning pipeline development and ensuring accurate forecasting.
* You will drive the growth of ICT business by managing relationships with both existing and new customers, identifying new opportunities and closing deals.
* You will work closely with Presales, Solution Architecture, and Service Delivery teams to address client needs and challenges.
* You will collaborate with internal teams such as recruiting, procurement, and legal to manage the end-to-end sales process.
* Building strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders is key to your success.
* You will report to the Head of Sales located in Greece and be part of the ICT team for EU Institutions and International Organizations and NATO.
Profile Requirements
* You should have extensive experience in key IT areas such as Cloud computing, Cybersecurity, or Artificial Intelligence, with a proven track record of applying these technologies to drive business solutions.
* You should have extensive experience in Business Development, Account Management, Service Delivery Management, or Project Management.
* You should have a strong understanding of EU Institutions' processes and expertise in managing public procurement within the EU framework, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
* You should have a broad professional network complemented by exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* You should have a natural ability to build and sustain trust-based relationships with clients and partners.
* You should be skilled in leading and collaborating effectively within virtual team environments.
* You should be fluent in English, with the ability to communicate confidently with an international audience; knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset.
