Luminex Network Intelligence is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to strengthen our Marketing & Communication team. In this role, you will support the production of high‑quality visual assets for marketing, press, product communication, templates, technical documents, and internal company materials.
Our products are used in demanding professional AV environments. That same level of clarity, reliability, and quality must be reflected in the way we present our brand, our products, our documentation, and our communication.
You will work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer, who leads and guards the Luminex visual identity. Your role is to translate that identity into fast, accurate, and consistent production output across many touchpoints.
This is a junior role for someone who is hands‑on, eager to learn, visually precise, and committed to delivering production work with care, speed, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
1 | Graphic Production
* Produce high‑quality graphic assets for marketing, press, sales, product communication, events, internal communication, and digital channels.
* Create and adapt visuals such as banners, social media assets, product visuals, newsletter images, website graphics, campaign assets, and event materials.
* Work with existing product renders, icon sets, templates, and brand elements to create consistent and polished materials.
2 | Document & Template Design
* Prepare and clean up technical documents, product sheets, manuals, support documents, and presentations to ensure they follow the Luminex visual style.
* Support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of company templates (Word, PowerPoint, internal templates, branded layouts).
* Apply correct typography, spacing, layout, color usage, logo placement, and visual hierarchy.
3 | Brand Consistency & Collaboration
* Support the Senior Graphic Designer in translating the Luminex visual identity into day‑to‑day production output.
* Help maintain an organized graphic asset library, including source files, exported assets, product visuals, and templates.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Support, Technical Documentation, and other teams to deliver the right visual output for the right purpose.
* Handle fast‑turnaround production requests while maintaining quality and consistency.
Qualifications
* Strong visual precision: you notice when something is off in layout, spacing, alignment, or consistency.
* Hands‑on production mindset: you enjoy creating, adapting, correcting, exporting, resizing, and preparing visual assets.
* Affinity with brand consistency: you can work within an established visual identity.
* Good knowledge of design tools: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint; experience with Figma, Canva, After Effects, Blender, or KeyShot is a plus.
* Ability to work with templates: creating, updating, and applying templates for Word, PowerPoint, and marketing documents.
* Structured way of working: you manage multiple small tasks, versions, formats, and deadlines without losing overview.
