Freelance Recruitment consultant:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviews with directors and hiring managers.Actively source candidates for consulting, project management, PMO, and business analyst roles.Support administrative tasks and coordination related to recruitment and project management.Contribute to digital and organizational transformation projects by aligning recruitment and operational needs.Respond quickly to incoming project or staffing requests.Proven experience in recruitment and project coordination, ideally within a consulting or transformation environment.Strong communication skills in French and English.Skilled in sourcing tools and digital recruitment platforms; proactive and adaptablemindset.Autonomous, organized, and able to manage several requests per week in a fast-paced context.Dynamic environment, flexible work style: hybrid model with 2-3 days of remote work after an initial on boarding period on-site.
