About the role

As a Marketing Manager, you will serve as a strategic and hands-on marketing partner within our central MarCom team. Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned business divisions, you will collaborate closely with decentralized stakeholders to develop and drive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
You will not only co-create the strategic marketing roadmap but also take ownership of the execution and delivery of the agreed plans, ensuring measurable results and continuous optimization.

This role is part of the central MarCom team, reports directly to the Group Marketing Director, and operates within a collaborative environment of experienced marketing and communication professionals.


Key responsibilities

1. Partner with divisional stakeholders to translate business goals into a clear marketing and communication plan.
2. Own and steer end-to-end campaign execution from planning through delivery, engaging priority audience segments and coordinating efforts across central marketing, divisional cross functional stakeholders such as business development and sales, and the CRM team.
3. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high quality execution.
4. Work with in-house or agency creatives and media partners to manage assets and plans, delivering seamless campaigns built on strong briefs, clear direction, and open communication.
5. Manage budgets, timelines and resources effectively.
6. Drive commercial results by aligning marketing initiatives with revenue and business objectives.
7. Continuously optimize plan and execution based on data, market insights, and stakeholder feedback.
8. Foster strong cross functional collaboration between central and decentralized teams.

What you bring

9. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communication
10. At least 7 to10 years of proven experience in marketing
11. Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies as part of strategic marketing
(segmentation, value proposition, buyer personas)
12. Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies with measurable business impact.
13. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders and cross-functional teams.
14. Solid understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, and performance analytics.
15. Excellent communication and presentation skills (in English).
16. Proactive, structured, and results-oriented with a hands-on mentality.
