Dealer Marketing Coordinator
About the Role
This is a key position in our organization, responsible for translating national marketing strategies into impactful local campaigns. You will support our dealer network in executing brand-compliant, high-performing marketing initiatives that drive showroom traffic, boost visibility, and strengthen customer engagement.
Main Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Localization:
* Translate national marketing campaigns into dealer-ready toolkits and local activations.
* Develop tailored initiatives (e.g., showroom events, test drives, seasonal promotions) that resonate with local audiences.
* E nsure brand consistency across all dealer communications and materials.
2. Dealer Support & Enablement:
* Act as the go-to marketing contact for our dealer network.
* Provide training and guidance on marketing tools, digital assets, and POS materials.
* Organize webinars or workshops to share campaign updates and best practices.
3. Campaign Execution & Monitoring:
* Coordinate and oversee the rollout of local campaigns in collaboration with dealers.
* Monitor execution quality and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
* Manage co-op marketing budgets and ensure accurate reporting and reimbursement.
4. Reporting & Optimization:
* Track campaign KPIs (e.g., leads, showroom visits, conversions).
* Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
* Deliver monthly reports to internal stakeholders and HQ.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
* 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in automotive or retail environments.
* Strong project management and communication skills.
* Experience with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager).
* Native proficiency in Dutch or French, with strong command of English (internal company language).
* A proactive, hands-on mindset and a passion for retail and brand experience.
