At Bruxelles, we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team!
How you’ll Make an Impact
* Advise internal teams on legal matters related to intellectual property, information technology, and personal data.
* Draft, negotiate, and review IT contracts (licenses, SaaS, cloud, maintenance, development, etc.) and technology partnership agreements.
* Support strategic alliance projects with technology partners.
* Ensure GDPR compliance for internal and client projects: impact assessments, contractual clauses, data governance.
* Participate in legal and regulatory monitoring in the fields of digital law, IP, cybersecurity, and data protection.
What You Bring
* Law degree with a specialization in new technologies law, intellectual property, or digital law.
* 2 to 5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house, within a tech-oriented environment.
* Strong command of GDPR and IT contractual issues.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and product teams.
* Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and business-oriented approach.
* Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
