About the job
As a Strategic Team Lead Sales, you will be responsible for defining and executing the outbound sales strategy across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Reporting directly to senior regional leadership, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and building a scalable outbound sales engine.
Leading a diverse team of sales leaders and experienced account executives, you will ensure alignment around strategic priorities while fostering a high-performance culture focused on results and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
5. Developing and executing the regional outbound sales strategy to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
6. Leading, coaching, and developing a multi-layered sales organisation, promoting accountability and high performance.
7. Identifying and capitalising on high-value business opportunities across both SME and enterprise segments.
8. Optimising outbound sales processes, including prospecting methodologies, account-based marketing alignment, and social selling initiatives.
9. Monitoring performance metrics and sales forecasts, using data-driven insights to identify risks, opportunities, and coaching priorities.
10. Supporting teams during complex sales cycles and acting as a strategic advisor on key commercial opportunities.
11. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and other internal stakeholders to adapt go-to-market strategies to local market dynamics.
12. Building leadership capability within the team and contributing to the development of future talent pipelines.
About the ideal candidate
13. Proven experience leading BB SaaS sales teams, with a strong focus on outbound sales and revenue growth.
14. Skilled in coaching and developing high-performing teams while driving accountability and results.
15. Strong commercial mindset, using data and sales insights to make informed decisions.
16. Good understanding of the Benelux market; Dutch fluency is essential, with French considered a plus.
