🔍 What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive, you’ll own and manage the sales process end-to-end, working closely with Marketing and leadership to drive new business growth.
* Generate, qualify, and manage leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
* Own the sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
* Maintain accurate CRM data, including pipeline, activities, and forecasts
* Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers
* Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to improve campaigns and positioning
* Continuously refine your sales approach using data, feedback, and coaching
🎯 What You Bring
* 2–5 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales
* Native-level Dutch and professional English
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable owning targets
* Interest in technology, SaaS solutions, and the Ghent tech ecosystem
* Based in or near Ghent
