Your challenge
As a Solution Analyst, you take a deep dive into one of our industry solutions to take it to the next level. You rely on your strong analytical skills and sound industry knowledge to translate business and project requirements into functional requirements for the industry solution with respect for our implementation, testing, and documentation standards. You also validate new functionalities with all stakeholders.
You Are Responsible For
Discovering and evaluating high-impact AI opportunities and transforming business and project needs into clear functional requirements for industry solutions.
Continuously improving our products and developing new functionalities by following OMP's implementation standards including testing, documenting, and code reviews.
Validating new functionalities with different stakeholders and providing expert knowledge during and after customer project implementations.
Rapidly developing proof of concepts to demonstrate feasibility and evaluating the optimal solution (AI-driven or traditional approach) based on customer needs and cost-effectiveness.
Ensuring responsible AI implementation by advising on safety protocols, data privacy standards, and techniques to reduce model bias and hallucinations.
Developing user guidance and documentation for smooth adoption and integration of AI tools into existing workflows.

Your team
As a Solution Analyst, you'll join the Industry team, as part of our Customer Solutions organization. The Industry team realizes the targets and strategies set in the industry business plans together with the Commercial and Delivery teams. The Industry team guides and supports the Commercial and Delivery teams with industry-specific commercial expertise, advice, and solutions.
About You
Essential talents and qualifications:
University degree in engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer science, or similar.
3+ years experience in business analysis, solution design, or consulting roles, including at least 1 year working on Generative AI topics.
Strong affinity with IT as scripting skills, including macro coding similar to PowerShell or Python.
Great analytical and problem-solving skills combined with an open and constructive spirit.
Good communication skills and able to connect with different stakeholders.
A passion for working in a multinational, customer-driven environment.
Bonus Points If You Have
Supply chain knowledge: familiarity with supply chain planning processes and business workflows.
Knowledge of a versioning system.
