The Job As our new
Account Manager SAP, you will join our commercial team and play a key role in strengthening and expanding our customer base across Belgium. Your primary focus is managing and
growing
existing SAP accounts
while
identifying new opportunities
within the
SAP ecosystem. Your responsibilities include: Building and expanding long-term relationships
within existing SAP customer accounts Positioning Expertum as a trusted strategic SAP consultancy partner Identifying
upsell, cross-sell and new SAP opportunities
within your portfolio Translating customer challenges into tailored SAP consultancy solutions Collaborating closely with delivery teams
to ensure high-quality project follow-up and customer satisfaction Contributing to the sustainable growth
of Expertum in the Belgian SAP market
Your Profile Must-haves 3-4 years of B2B sales experience within complex solution sales Proven experience selling SAP services or SAP-related solutions Strong Account Management experience with ownership of customer portfolios Solid understanding of the SAP landscape and consultancy model Fluency in Dutch and English Nice-to-haves Experience in an SAP consultancy or professional services environment An existing network within the Belgian enterprise market Good knowledge of French Mindset & soft skills Long-term relationship builder who naturally earns trust Strategic and analytical thinker who understands customer business drivers Proactive and hands-on in identifying commercial opportunities Strong communicator, comfortable at both operational and executive level Collaborative team player aligned with a people-first culture
