Work-Life Balance: Portfolio Management Oversee the various product groups, act as the second line contact to our sales teams with regards to those product groups, setting the long terms strategy for those groups and align with the business goals.
Sales & Stakeholder Enablement: Provide expert second-line support to sales and deliver product/service trainings to ensure all commercial teams fully understand and effectively promote the Textiles and Academy portfolio.
Data, Processes & Systems: manage product introductions and phase-outs within the portfolios, and coordinate suitable alternatives for discontinued items.
Innovation, Market Insights & VoC: Drive innovation for the protfoliosby leveraging market research, competitive insights, and Voice of Customer feedback, developing strategic analyses to support growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; solid experience in product line management.
Professional Experience: Minimum of five years in analytical product line management or a closely related discipline; ERP & Processes: Deep knowledge of ERP systems; English required, German preferred, additional languages an advantage.
