Team Leader Outbound – Distribution Centre (DC2)
📍East Flanders + Antwerp, Flemish region, Belgium
🕒 Shifts: 06:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00
🌐 Dutch + English languages required
Are you passionate about logistics, people leadership, and driving efficient outbound operations? We are seeking a Team Leader to support two key distribution operations in Belgium, contributing to the smooth flow of essential healthcare products across Europe.
In this role, you will oversee outbound activities, lead and develop your team, and ensure operational excellence within a dynamic, partially automated warehouse environment. Flexibility to work alternating morning and evening shifts is essential.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and coach a warehouse team across outbound operations
* Coordinate daily planning, staffing, and shift activities
* Manage performance, training, and development
* Solve day-to-day operational & technical issues
* Support efficiency, automation and process improvement projects
* Ensure quality, safety, and compliance in all outbound flows
What You Bring
* Fluent Dutch & English (ESSENTIAL)
* Experience in warehouse planning / outbound operations
* Proven team management & performance management
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or similar
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00) (ESSENTIAL)
* Experience with automation (nice-to-have)
