You will implement projects successfully, contribute to growth, and work with clients to turn vision into reality. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliImplement OMP Solutions: implement the industry’s leading digital supply chain planning platform to optimize planning, scheduling, and operational efficiency. /liliConfigure and Tailor Solutions: customize functionalities (pyramids, conflicts, dashboards, multi-user) to align with client-specific processes. /liliOwn the End-to-End Delivery Lifecycle: from requirement gathering and functional design to testing, go-live, and post-deployment support. /liliCollaborate Closely with Clients: facilitate workshops, translate complex business needs into technical solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations. /liliEnable Successful Adoption: deliver user training, change management support, and continuous knowledge transfer to ensure long-term success. /liliIntegrate Seamlessly: work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and leverage tools such as SQL for data validation and integration. /liliEnsure Quality Execution: guide UAT and cutover activities to ensure a stable and efficient go-live. /liliCoach and inspire: guide client teams and contribute to developing our internal expertise. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. /lili5+ years of experience in supply chain consulting, digital planning, or transformation projects (preferably in CPG or life sciences). /liliOMP certified and proven experience with OMP implementations. /liliStrong knowledge of supply chain domains: forecasting, SOP, DRP, production scheduling, etc. /liliAbility to lead workshops, coach client teams, and manage stakeholder expectations. /liliHands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and SQL for data analysis. /liliTeam player who shares knowledge and collaborates to make a difference at our customers. /liliIntellectual curiosity and drive to continuously learn. /liliOpen to work in an international environment. /liliEnglish and Dutch fluency; French is a plus. /liliFamiliarity with AI/ML in supply chain planning is a plus. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pOur employees are known for making bold choices and delivering results.
