Job Description
* Analyze, design, and test process automations on the ServiceNow platform (development handled by our Global Competence Center).
* Design and test integrations between ServiceNow (cloud) and other applications (on-prem/cloud), in collaboration with the API Gateway team.
* Translate business needs into technical designs that deliver real value.
* Conduct technical integration testing and ensure smooth operations.
* Resolve complex incidents and defects, tracking them to closure.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions effectively.
* Focus on analysis, design, and problem-solving (note: scripting and programming are not part of this role).
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow (solid knowledge is a must).
* Strong technical foundation and analytical skills.
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
* Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts and eagerness to learn more.
* Understanding of JavaScript fundamentals or another programming language for conceptual comfort.
