Who are we looking for?
We are building an independent ATM-network offering qualitative cash services to all individuals and merchants in Belgium. We set the goal to become the largest player on the Belgian market in the next few years.
In order to support our expanding business, we are looking for a Financial Rental Contract Officer to join our team.
Your role:
* Supporting the Chief Customer Officer in the run of our network with 1000 rented locations.
* You are responsible for all the payments of the rent. You ensure a correct process end-to-end in close collaboration with our accounting department
* You are the excellent partner for the administration of the contracts needed for the real estate park of Batopin and keep an overview on the ongoing topics.
* Ensure that agreements are in place.
* Ensure that leases are fully executed and all documents are properly archived.
* Be the contact person for the landlords in case of questions and you will communicate with them over phone and email.
You need to
* Have a relevant bachelor's degree.
* Have at least 3 years relevant experience.
* Have an excellent knowledge of the basic Office-tools (especially Excel)
* Be fluent in both Dutch and French. Good knowledge of English is needed as our internal communication is in English.
* Have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent listening skills.
A relevant experience in rental administration or accounting is a plus.

* You have demonstrated a 'can do' attitude.
* You like to look for solutions, share your knowledge and pro-actively come up with improvement or new ideas.

This function Is full-time and open for 80%-schedule.
