Who are we looking for?
We are building an independent ATM-network offering qualitative cash services to all individuals and merchants in Belgium. We set the goal to become the largest player on the Belgian market in the next few years.
In order to support our expanding business, we are looking for a Real Estate Officer to join our team.
Your role:
* Managing the locations where Batopin will build its cash services for the future.
* Supporting the Chief Customer Officer in the run of our network with 970 rented locations.
* You are the excellent partner for the administration of the contracts needed for the real estate park of Batopin and keep an overview on the ongoing topics.
* Coordinate lease execution.
* Ensure that agreements are in place.
* Ensure that leases are fully executed and all documents are properly archived.
* Ensure that all new contracts are properly signed and that all existing contracts are correctly documented in our internal database.
* Be the contact person for the landlords in case of questions and you will communicate with them over phone and email.
You need to
* Have a bachelor's degree in legal and/or economics studies.
* Have at least 3 years relevant experience.
* Have an excellent knowledge of the basic Office-tools.
* Be fluent in both Dutch and French. Good knowledge of English is needed as our internal communication is in English.
* Have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent listening skills.
* Have a demonstrated experience in the real estate world.

This function Is full-time and open for 80%-schedule.
