You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international company in the healthcare industry.

Job Description:Drive business growth, market share and sales performance across a designated territoryDevelop and execute strategic territory and account plans aligned with customer and business objectivesBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers, including C suite contactsDeliver excellent customer relationship management, customer service and ongoing supportRepresent our client professionally and promote solutions across commercial, surgical and diagnostics environmentsIdentify trends, opportunities and risks within key accounts and broader networksNegotiate contracts and secure favourable terms while maintaining profitabilityLead complex cross functional projects at regional and international levelSupport team development through coaching, mentoring and proactive collaborationTravel extensively across the territory in line with business needs

Requirements:Strong experience in key account management or strategic account management within medical devices or diagnosticsIn depth understanding of healthcare industry regulations, customer environments and compliance standardsPrior experience in an OR settingProven success in sales execution, revenue growth and delivery against performance targetsExcellent relationship building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersStrong strategic planning and business acumenExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishKnowledge of CRM systems, sales enablement tools and office productivity softwareStrong analytical thinking, problem solving and negotiation skillsAbility to lead by example and act as deputy to a sales manager when neededValid driving licenceFluent in Dutch and English, French is a plusFlexibility to travel on average 70 to 80 per cent of the time, typically four days per week
