As part of the Abacus Medicine Group, Ecopharmasupply plays a key role in securing access to hard‑to‑find and unavailable medicines across global markets. Based in Estaimpuis (Belgium), our team specialises in sourcing critical pharmaceutical products and bridging supply gaps that directly impact patient care.
You'll be part of a dedicated team working across Customer Service, Logistics, Quality Assurance (QA), Accounting, Warehouse, and the NMS team. The environment is collaborative, fast‑paced, and highly cross‑functional — which means you'll be involved in a diverse range of tasks where accuracy, service, and teamwork come together every day. From handling customer inquiries to coordinating supply chain activities, your work will directly support our mission to deliver high‑quality service across multiple regions.

In this role, you'll take charge of handling customer orders, coordinating deliveries, supporting sales, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. You'll play a crucial role in connecting departments and ensuring that customers, suppliers, and internal teams have the information and support they need.
Your Main Responsibilities Include
* Managing orders and daily administration by coordinating customer and supplier requests and ensuring smooth process flow.
* Supporting deliveries and returns by working closely with logistics and warehouse teams to secure timely and accurate handling.
* Maintaining supplier communication to ensure essential information is up to date and correctly reflected in our systems.
* Providing customer support by delivering clear information, solving issues, and ensuring a positive service experience.
* Keeping data accurate by updating order, product, and account information to support efficient operations.
* Collaborating across teams including QA, Warehouse, Accounting, and Logistics to keep workflows aligned.
* Supporting sales activities by assisting with customer outreach, offers, and general sales tasks.
* Contributing to reporting and analysis by supporting simple data insights that strengthen decision‑making.

* Experience working with suppliers, logistics, and cross‑departmental coordination.

* Fluency in Dutch, English, and/or French (preferred).
