* Proficient in developing and analyzing Excel VBA solutions, including using the Excel VBA Editor.
* Reverse-Engineering Skills:
* Ability to dissect and understand existing VBA Macros, extract business logic, data flows, and technical design.
* Technical & Functional Documentation:
* Proven ability to write clear and comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
* SQL Server Knowledge:
* Intermediate to Expert level skills in SQL Server for understanding data interactions.
* Agile Methodology:
* Solid experience working in Agile environments, understanding backlog management, sprints, and collaborative development.
