dualoop is a Brussels-based consultancy specialising in product management and product-led transformation. Founded in 2021, we help organisations build products that matter and teams that deliver.
We work exclusively with companies where technology is central to the business — startups, scale-ups, and enterprises undergoing digital transformation. Our clients include Elia, Partenamut, N-SIDE, Intigriti, Keytrade Bank, and organisations across health tech, energy, insurance, and fintech in Belgium and Europe.

The firm has grown from 0 to 25 people since 2021 (~25% CAGR). We also run a venture fund investing in early-stage startups and host regular product management training in Brussels.
The role
We're looking for a Director to help lead and grow our consulting practice. You'll own client engagements end-to-end, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and deliver high-impact work at the intersection of business strategy and technology.
This is a path-to-Partner role. You'll have real ownership from day one — selling, scoping, and delivering engagements — with coaching and support from the Partner team as you grow into a full partnership position.
Predominantly Brussels-based with periodic travel to client sites across Belgium and Europe.
Responsibilities
Client development
* Support business development efforts and lead proposal development
* Build relationships with executives in target industries (health tech, energy, insurance, fintech)
* Contribute to thought leadership and points of view that generate inbound interest
* Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships
Client delivery
* Lead engagements spanning strategy, operating model design, product discovery, and capability building
* Facilitate executive workshops and design sessions
* Conduct product management assessments and transformation programmes
* Coach client leaders on strategy, product, and organisational change
Practice building
* Develop reusable frameworks, methodologies, and training materials
* Contribute to pricing, scoping, and engagement economics
* Mentor consultants on client delivery and professional development
Firm growth
* Contribute to firm strategy discussions and hiring decisions
* Help shape dualoop's positioning and service offerings
Profile
Required experience
* 5–8 years in strategy consulting or 7–12 years in product leadership or technology transformation
* At least 2–3 years at manager/senior manager level or equivalent
* Track record of leading consulting engagements or complex transformation programmes
* Deep expertise in at least one of: product management, digital transformation, operating model design, or AI/analytics strategy
* Experience facilitating executive-level conversations
Education
* Advanced degree in engineering, business, or related field; technical background strongly preferred
Languages
* English and either French or Dutch

* Commercial awareness: understands how to create and capture value for clients
* Technical credibility: can engage meaningfully with engineers, architects, and data scientists
* Structured problem-solving with clear communication to diverse audiences
* Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving client environments
* Willingness to do the work yourself, not just direct others
