To support our growth, we are currently looking for a Sales Assistant for our Brussels office. You will be responsible for Trucks orders; You will assist the Product and Sales Managers with file management; You will be responsible for encoding and monitoring data relating to machine and lorry sales; You will proactively inform your customers about the status of offers and orders; You will monitor customer reminders during the sales process; You will ensure that orders and supplier reminders are properly followed up; You will ensure that all the necessary documents are available at all times during the sales process, in collaboration with the sales teams; You will draw up sales reports for various segments; You will draw up and follow up VTC sales offers; You will liaise with bodybuilders and follow up on ongoing projects. Higher education with a commercial or administrative orientation; A first experience in the commercial or administrative field is an asset; You have an excellent command of French and English; Mastery of MS Office; Comfortable with databases; Good command of CRM tools and sensitive to data quality; Administrative skills and file management; Strong interest in the world of trucks; Technical sensitivity and desire to learn; You identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.
