What you will do
* Design and prototype innovative AI solutions that shape the company’s user experience and overall product direction.
* Use advanced AI and machine learning techniques to build personalized user experiences and intelligent recommendation systems.
* Develop tools and frameworks that boost the efficiency of human copilots, enhancing collaboration between people and AI systems.
* Automate complex workflows by applying technologies across the AI spectrum, from traditional ML models to cutting-edge LLM agents and RAG pipelines.
* Strengthen data-driven operations by improving intelligent search, monitoring, and evaluation systems, ensuring high-quality performance and continuous model improvement.
What Makes a Great Candidate
* Over 4 years of hands-on experience as an ML Engineer, with a strong foundation in both model development and production deployment.
* Skilled in Python and SQL, with proven ability to design and implement scalable ML solutions using techniques like GLMs, Gradient Boosting, Deep Learning, and Probabilistic Modeling; experience in recommender systems is a plus.
* Well-versed in deploying machine learning models through both online APIs and offline batch pipelines, ensuring reliable, production-ready performance.
* Experienced across the full MLOps lifecycle, including experiment tracking, model monitoring, and performance optimization in live environments.
* Possesses strong business and product sense, combined with solid understanding of the LLM ecosystem — including key model architectures, prompt engineering, evaluation, and tool integration.
