Regional Sales Manager Geely: Belgium & Luxembourg

Your Role: Regional Sales Manager BeLux

As our Regional Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our dealer network's success in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will ensure our partners are fully equipped to deliver the high-performance sales results that the Geely brand demands. By defining and monitoring sophisticated Funnel Management KPIs, you will empower dealer teams to provide a seamless, premium customer journey—from the first digital lead to vehicle delivery and long-term brand loyalty.

In a rapidly evolving market, you will be our eyes and ears on the ground. You will analyze shifting market conditions and translate those insights into actionable improvement plans for both our dealers and Geely's internal management. Collaboration is at the heart of our success; you will work closely with the Network, Product, and Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and boost sales volume. Reporting directly to the Manager Retail BeNeLux, you will be a key member of the market team, shaping the future of mobility in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic Target Management: Present and align annual sales targets with the dealer network, ensuring they match Geely's ambitious growth trajectory in the BeLux market.
* Performance Steering: Proactively drive sales volume to achieve annual targets through strategic inventory management, optimized stock ordering, and the effective deployment of demo fleets.
* Sales Funnel Excellence: Define and manage high-precision Funnel Management KPIs. You will transform data into actionable improvement plans to ensure excellence at every stage of the customer journey.
* Market Intelligence: Act as a local market expert by providing deep-dive market insights and competitor benchmarking to keep Geely ahead of industry trends and local shifts.
* Financial Synergy: Collaborate with the local Finance Partner Team to drive the adoption of preferred financial solutions and retail financing products, creating action plans based on dealer and customer feedback.
* Launch & Activation Execution: Support the strategic definition of product launch plans and range expansions. Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual activation strategies in close coordination with the Marketing and Sales Activation teams.
* Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze periodic dealer reports, providing the Manager Retail with strategic advice and data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Customer Experience: Steer the network toward industry-leading customer satisfaction scores, ensuring the Geely brand promise is delivered at every touchpoint.

Key Objectives:

* Commercial & Funnel Excellence: Achieve industry-leading conversion rates and sales metrics through rigorous funnel optimization and a data-driven approach, ensuring prompt lead follow-up.
* Strategic Market Positioning: Ensure the competitive edge of the Geely brand and its product lines within BeLux, positioning our BEV/PHEV portfolio as the benchmark in its segment.
* Financial Ecosystem Integration: Successfully implement and scale tailored financial solutions in collaboration with our partners to enhance retail competitiveness.
* Sustainable Market Expansion: Drive consistent, high-quality growth in sales volume and market share, establishing Geely as a long-term leader in the BeLux mobility landscape.

Your Profile:

* A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a field-based sales or network management role (Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or District Manager) for an automotive OEM, national importer, or large dealer group.
* Strong proficiency in Funnel Management. You should be comfortable working with CRM data, lead conversion rates, and market share statistics to drive performance.
* Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build high-level trust with Dealer Principals and Sales Managers.
* Fluency in Dutch and French is highly preferred given the regional scope, along with a high level of proficiency in English for reporting and BeNeLux-wide collaboration.
* The analytical ability to look past the surface of a report to find the \"why\" behind the numbers.
