Head of Enterprise Solutions (Presales) - Leading SI Lead and own end-to-end solution strategy across strategic accounts and industries.
Act as executive authority on solution feasibility, risk, and delivery readiness.
Advise senior leadership on technology positioning and bid strategy.
Represent the organization in executive-level customer and stakeholder engagements.
Build and govern strategic relationships with vendors and technology partners.
Evaluate technologies and partnerships that strengthen long-term competitiveness.
Provide executive oversight of presales activities, solution design, and value articulation.
Translate business requirements into integrated, multi-technology solutions.
Ensure proposals demonstrate clear differentiation, risk mitigation, and value.
Govern solution architecture and engineering standards across multi-vendor environments.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and commercially deliverable.
Take executive accountability for major bids, particularly public-sector and regulated projects.
Enforce bid governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Partner with Sales during deal strategy, negotiations, and closure.
Oversee structured handover of awarded projects and early delivery governance.
Profiel Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
15+ years' experience in system integration, presales leadership, solution architecture, or complex bid leadership.
Proven success with government tenders and large enterprise bids.
Strong leadership of senior, multidisciplinary technical teams.
Deep knowledge of infrastructure, telecommunications, data centers, energy, transportation, or mission-critical systems.
Strong executive presence with C-level clients, regulators, and strategic partners.
