What we are looking forExperience in sales operations, deal desk, or commercial project management in B2B tech or energy.Strong project management skills: you keep complex processes on track with multiple stakeholders.Excellent written communication. You can craft compelling narratives and crisp proposals.Analytical mindset with comfort in market research and data synthesis.Fluent in English. Additional European languages are a plus.Detail-oriented but pragmatic. You know when good enough beats perfect.Entrepreneurial mindset. You thrive in fast-moving environments where you shape your own success.
