As a Transformation Consultant (Project Manager), you will lead and drive impactful transformation initiatives, ensuring our clients successfully deliver strategic change from concept through execution.
What will you do?
In this role, you act as both consultant and project manager, owning transformation initiatives end-to-end within a regulated FSI environment.
Lead and manage transformation projects for financial institutions, from mobilisation through delivery and closure.
Translate strategy and regulatory objectives into concrete delivery roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Manage project governance, planning, dependencies, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business, IT, risk, compliance, and external vendors.
Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and decision‑making forums at senior management level.
Ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and execution realities.
Contribute to Projective Group’s internal methodologies, delivery standards, and thought leadership in transformation and change.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a transformation professional who combines consulting mindset with strong delivery ownership.
+5 years of experience in consulting, project management, or transformation roles within the Financial Services Industry.
Proven experience leading complex projects or workstreams in banking, insurance, payments, or asset management.
Strong background in transformation domains such as operating model change, digital transformation, regulatory programmes, or large‑scale process optimisation.
Demonstrated project management skills (planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment).
Excellent communication and facilitation skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
Fluent in English.
Fluent in Dutch or French.
Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Prince2, PMP, or equivalent) is an advantage, but practical delivery experience matters most.
