As a Project Manager, you will lead complex projects within the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring successful delivery from concept to completion. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee budgets and timelines, and act as the primary interface between stakeholders and technical teams. Your role will involve strategic planning, risk management, and driving operational excellence in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
The Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Program Director and collaborating with cross-functional teams, your responsibilities will include:
Leading large-scale engineering projects in a GMP-regulated environmentDefining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goalsManaging budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveryCoordinating internal teams and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and accountabilityImplementing risk management strategies and resolving technical challengesEnsuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standardsPreparing and presenting progress reports to senior stakeholdersDriving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across projects.

Skills & Qualifications
You hold a Master's degree in Engineering or related fieldYou have at least a minimum of 5 years experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector ideallyProven track record of delivering complex engineering projects in GMP environmentsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2, or equivalent)Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in project management tools (MS Project, SAP, or similar)Fluent in both English and French.
