Internal Communication Officer (M/F/d)
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of the Internal Communication unit, you will be instrumental in shaping and deploying the internal communication strategy. Your mission is to foster an informed, engaged, and collaborative workplace culture. You will achieve this by creating compelling narratives, managing key communication channels, and organizing impactful events that connect employees to the organization's vision and values.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Channel Management & Development: Oversee and continuously improve our internal communication platforms, with a strong focus on our corporate intranet. You will play a key part in its ongoing revamp and analyze its performance to maximize reach and impact.
* Content Creation & Storytelling: Craft compelling and creative content (articles, news, staff stories) that tells our organization's story, aligns with our strategic goals, and resonates with a diverse, multicultural audience.
* Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and support a variety of internal events, from large-scale all-staff meetings and town halls to targeted information sessions, to foster a sense of community and inclusion.
* Engagement Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to design and implement creative communication projects that enhance the employee experience and drive a stronger sense of belonging.
* Business Partnering: Act as a communications advisor to various departments, helping them to effectively communicate their projects and initiatives to the wider organization.
Your Profile:
* Education & Experience: You hold a university degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a corporate or internal communications role.
* Languages: Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
* Technical Skills: You have a strong command of standard office applications and content management systems (CMS).

* Post-graduate qualifications in a relevant field.
