Solar sales executive

Location: Valsad, Navsari, Songadh, Bharuch
Department: EPC Sales

Reports To: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, approach, and convert residential and small business customers for solar rooftop and related solutions.
* Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, cold calling, social media, and networking.
* Conduct site visits to assess technical feasibility and collect necessary customer information.
* Present company offerings, financial benefits, and ROI of solar systems in a consultative sales approach.
* Coordinate with technical and engineering teams for site assessments, quotations, and project execution.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business, referrals, and customer satisfaction.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the sales manager.
* Participate in local marketing activities such as housing society meetings, stalls, events, etc.
* Provide accurate reports on leads, pipeline, and sales performance on a daily and weekly basis.
