At RIC biologics, we don't just analyze biopharmaceutical products, we turn them inside-out to get to know all their quirks, down to the tiniest peak. We are basically protein therapists, except our patients are destined to save lives.
Driven by our passion for analytics we support our clients through all phases of their product's lifecycle: from early lead selection, throughout clinical research and during commercial activities. In short, we are the analytical nerds who make sure every molecule tells its story loud and clear.
In the context of our continued growth, our team is looking for a:

You design projects and plan experiments together with the customer and the commercial team.
You ensure proper experiment planning and execution
You process data, capture findings in reports and communicate to clients

SOUNDS COOL BUT WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
You will be part of a privately-owned and ambitious organization at the forefront of scientific evolutions, and where "I need to troubleshoot my column" is a valid excuse for being late to meetings
You will work with cutting-edge biopharmaceuticals (next-gen mAbs, ADCs, bispecifics, fusion proteins, … basically the Avengers of therapeutics)
You will receive a competitive salary in line with your responsibilities and experience (because rent doesn't pay itself in retention times) and growth opportunities that won't plateau like a poorly packed column
You will join a dynamic and international team that gets excited about resolution values >1.5
