We are looking for a Software Developer (Kotlin Compose Multiplatform) to help build and optimize our cross-platform applications. Key deliverables
* Develop applications that are intuitive, reliable and performant.
* Understand the bigger picture, why the software is built, how it impacts users and how it aligns with business goals.
* Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to our architecture and coding standards.
* Ensure high test coverage with unit tests and collaborate with Test Engineers on automated testing.
* Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving feedback to improve code quality.
* Follow up on CI/CD pipeline results, proactively addressing issues such as failed tests or static code analysis warnings.
* Collaborate closely with UX analysts, UI designers and the Product Owner to refine requirements and user stories.
* Work within an agile development process, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement and daily standups.
* Continuously stay up to date with new technologies and contribute to process improvements.
Required competences
* Strong experience in Kotlin development (a must).
* Experience with Jetpack Compose or Compose Multiplatform (a plus).
* Familiarity with modern software development practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD and automated testing.
* A problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality software.
* The ability to collaborate in a team, working effectively with designers, testers, and architects.
* A strong sense of ownership and accountability in delivering robust, well-structured software.
* An interest in the AV industry or a willingness to learn about AV technologies.
