About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you act as the bridge between business and IT. You translate needs into clear requirements, structure processes, and help deliver solutions that create real value.
Responsibilities
* Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements.
* Facilitate interviews and workshops.
* Model processes (BPMN, UML) and produce clear documentation.
* Work closely with technical teams to refine user stories, flows and use cases.
* Perform analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
* Manage stakeholders with different expectations.
* Operate in Agile or Waterfall environments.
Qualifications
* You have a Master's Degree.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Required Skills
* Experience with requirements gathering, process modelling and analysis.
* Knowledge of BPMN, UML, workshop facilitation and reporting.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complexity clearly.
* Analytical mindset and experience with Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is a plus.
* Fluency in Dutch and proficient in French is a plus.
