About the job
This role is about more than managing digital channels; it’s about building a high-performing e-commerce engine that drives business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Define and lead the company’s digital and e-commerce strategy at a global level.
2. Turn the e-commerce platform into a high-performing sales channel, on par with physical stores.
3. Implement and optimize SEO/SEA, UX/UI, CRM, analytics, and drive continuous user experience improvements.
4. Recruit and manage a future team of people, ensuring development and performance.
5. Monitor key performance indicators, generate actionable reporting, and make data-driven decisions.
About the ideal candidate
This role calls for more than experience — it demands the right mindset. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
6. Minimum years of experience in BC e-commerce and digital marketing, ideally in retail or consumer goods.
7. Proven experience managing an e-commerce website (CMS, UX, analytics).
8. Proficient in web performance tools and digital campaign management.
9. Languages: fluent in French, with good command of another language is a plus.
10. Structured, assertive, results-oriented.
