Mission of the Role
The Senior Business Development Manager – Fashion Brand Partnerships will lead strategic partnerships with fashion brands, distributors, and supply partners across Hong Kong and Greater China.
This role is critical to securing high-demand, authentic inventory, expanding brand relationships, and driving commercial growth, while maintaining the platform's reputation for trust, exclusivity, and authenticity.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and manage fashion brand and supply partnerships across Hong Kong and Greater China
Build and scale long-term relationships to ensure consistent access to premium and exclusive inventory
Secure supply of high-demand, limited-edition, and exclusive fashion products
Identify new brand categories, growth opportunities, and partnership channels
Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and commercial initiatives
Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, and partnership structures
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance teams
Use data insights and market trends to optimize partnership performance
Manage and mentor junior business development team members (where applicable)
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles within fashion, luxury, or e-commerce
Strong network of fashion brands, distributors, or supply partners in Hong Kong or Greater China
Fluent Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a strong plus)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Deep understanding of the Asian fashion and luxury ecosystem
Demonstrated success in market expansion and revenue growth
Data-driven mindset with strong commercial judgment
Leadership experience preferred
Highly Preferred Backgrounds
