Agentic AI Solutions & Business Translator
Contract: 6 months (potential contract‐to‐perm)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Solutions & Business Translator to design, shape, and deliver agentic and multi‐agent AI systems across R&D, Development, Commercial, or cross‐functional domains. Reporting to the AI Capability Lead, you will act as the bridge between business needs and engineering execution—translating vision into actionable, scalable technical solutions.
This role requires hands‐on AI expertise, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to operate within a regulated GxP‐impacted life sciences environment (Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech).
Key Responsibilities
* Translate business objectives into clear technical specifications, architecture plans, and delivery roadmaps.
* Identify, refine, and assess use cases for agentic and multi-agent AI systems.
* Design and pilot multi‐agent workflows using platforms such as Azure, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks.
* Integrate third‐party AI tools into internal architectures while ensuring compliance, interoperability, and performance.
* Work cross‐functionally with Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Operations, Compliance, Security, and Quality.
* Maintain awareness of emerging AI trends, frameworks, and tooling.
* Lead brainstorming sessions and support innovation across multiple business areas.
Required Experience
* Experience in an equivalent role within a life sciences environment (Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech).
* If MedTech, experience must relate to internal systems rather than wearable devices.
* Demonstrated understanding of GxP requirements and the ability to explain how regulatory implications shape AI/tech solutions.
* 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, solution architecture, or technical product roles.
* Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Technical Skills (any mix)
* Azure AI/ML, AWS AI/ML (SageMaker, Bedrock), Snowflake, Databricks
* Python / R
* Open-source frameworks: LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow
* Agentic frameworks: LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI
* API integrations, orchestration tools, MLOps, cloud-native architecture understanding
Soft Skills
* Strong communicator who can speak both "business" and "engineering."
