As a fast-growing start-up backed by solid public & private investors, we're hiring a
Sales & Business Development Intern
for a
6-month internship
starting January 2026.

Your role

Reporting to our Sales Manager, your main mission will be to
help us scale sales across Flanders & the Netherlands
.

Your key missions:

* Prospect & open doors:
identify and qualify new accounts (mainly industrial firms), generate meetings, and keep the pipeline moving.
* Run conversations:
support product demos, discovery calls, and follow-ups; help prepare commercial offers.
* Inbound & events:
collaborate with MarCom on the website/LinkedIn funnel and help organize webinars & events.
* Pipeline management:
create, nurture, and help close opportunities in HubSpot; maintain clean CRM hygiene.
* Insights & upsell:
analyze KPIs and pipeline performance; spot upsell opportunities with the Consulting team.
* Process improvement:
suggest and test growth experiments to raise reply rates, conversion, and velocity.

Based on your eagerness to learn and your performance during the internship, your tasks may very well evolve to take more leadership and, why not, close your own deals

Your profile

You're ambitious, resourceful, and love turning conversations into opportunities.

Must-haves:

* Fluent Dutch speaker
with excellent communication skills (a must-have); strong English; French is a plus.
* Ongoing or completed studies in Business Engineering / Business Management (or similar).
* Prospecting expert
: research, qualify, and engage leads, online and offline.
* Confident communicator
: pitching, demos, and convincing stakeholders in Dutch & English.
* Tech-savvy & AI-curious
: you use HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Apollo, etc.) to work smarter.
* Analytical mindset
: you track KPIs, identify patterns, and optimize strategies.
* Entrepreneurial energy
: eager to learn how to sell, negotiate, and win in a fast-moving startup.
* Legally eligible to work in Belgium.

Nice-to-haves:

* Knowledge of Bilan Carbone, GHG Protocol, and/or ISO certification = strong asset).
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
