Sales & Business Development Intern – Dearly Collection Pop-Up Dearly Collection is opening its first pop-up store (April-July 2026) in Brussels, combining sustainable Colombian hemp clothing and handcrafted accessories with a specialty coffee corner. We're looking for a warm, entrepreneurial intern who loves fashion and coffee to help launch our brand and expand our retail presence across Belgium and the Netherlands. Your Role: This is more than a typical retail internship – you'll be a key player in both in-store sales and business growth: Sales & Client Relations Welcome and engage customers, convert visits into sales Build lasting relationships with clients and create repeat business Master and communicate the Dearly Collection brand story authentically Manage customer follow-ups and maintain client database Support event organization (workshops, client appreciation moments) Business Development & Partnerships Research and identify concept stores, boutiques, and retail partners in Brussels, Antwerp, and the Netherlands Reach out to potential stockists with compelling pitches Follow up persistently and professionally with leads Track partnership pipeline and report on progress Attend networking events and industry meetups to build connections Operations & Content Support Collaborate with social media manager on content creation Maintain beautiful visual merchandising and store atmosphere Manage inventory and sales tracking PPrepare and serve specialty Colombian coffee – learn the craft from bean origin to perfect extraction What You'll Learn: B2B sales and partnership development from zero Retail entrepreneurship and store launch experience Customer acquisition and relationship management Wholesale pitching and negotiation fundamentals Multi-market retail landscape (Belgium/Netherlands) Barista skills Required Profile: We need someone personable, empathetic, and passionate about connecting with people – someone who listens first, sells second, and believes that the right product finds the right person through genuine conversation. Must-haves: Languages: Spanish, English, and French Studies in business, sales, marketing, fashion, retail management, or entrepreneurship Genuine passion for fashion and coffee culture, Eye for aesthetics and styling.
