Mission
Actively participate in the development of new deliverable features within Scrum teams.
Propose, design, and implement innovative solutions to improve and enrich our portfolio of software solutions.
Depending on your experience, support and mentor junior developers in your area of expertise.
Profile
A degree in software engineering, with a significant professional experience.
Excellent command of Java and its technological ecosystem.
Practical experience with several of the following technologies: Hibernate, Spring, JavaScript, PL/SQL/SQL/relational databases, JQuery.
Strong interest in open source technologies.
Practical experience with Angular would be a significant asset.
Knowledge of industrialized development tools and practices: GIT, Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Maven, Nexus, JUnit, refactoring, continuous integration, Docker deployment, etc.
Solid experience in designing, developing, and testing high-quality software based on object-oriented programming principles.
Some web design skills to complement your development expertise.
A truly agile mindset: collaboration, mutual support, collective progress, mentoring junior staff, intellectual humility, and a constant desire to learn.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
You are a team player, which is essential to how we operate.
Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of French is a significant asset.
