As a Key Account Manager, you will be at the heart of our business, developing strong, long-term partnerships with strategic clients in the bio/pharmaceutical sector. You will drive commercial growth, expand existing accounts, and identify new opportunities, while working closely with internal teams to deliver high-value solutions.
Drive Account Growth: Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets across assigned accounts.
Collaborate Internally:Work closely with technical, scientific, and operational teams to deliver high-quality proposals.
Support Your Team:Mentor and guide colleagues on the Business Development team leveraging your industry experience.
5 to 15 years in bio/pharmaceutical sales, project management, or drug development, preferably in contract services or testing environments, as an Accounts Manager/ KAM/ Business Developer / Sales manager
~ Proven experience in bio/pharmaceutical services (CDMO, CRO, CTO).
~ Master’s degree in a scientific field
~ Languages : English (must), Dutch or French
~ Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
