Industrial Project Manager
and drive operational excellence
What You'll Do
* Lead end-to-end project management from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Develop feasibility studies and preliminary project designs in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
* Proactively manage risks, resources, and timelines, ensuring clear and continuous communication.
* Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align teams and drive project success.
* Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership, including steering committees and C-level executives.
* Maintain transparency and clear communication across all organizational levels.
* Drive stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and deliver long-term value.
What You'll Bring
* A Higher degree in engineering.
* Several years of experience in project management, ideally in industrial environment.
* PMP Certification/ Training or equivalent.
* Excellent communication skills across different levels of organization.
* Strong self-organization and negotiation skills.
* Pro-active and result driven approach.
